(b) SimplyHotels.co is not responsible for the quality of your stay, including but not limited to the cleanliness of the hotel, the amenities provided, the accuracy of the hotel's descriptions, or any other aspect of your experience at the hotel. Any concerns about your stay should be addressed directly with the hotel.

3. User Responsibilities

(a) You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide during the booking process is accurate, including the number of guests and the check-in and check-out dates.

(b) It is your responsibility to comply with the hotel's policies, including but not limited to check-in requirements, cancellation policies, and any additional fees charged by the hotel.

4. Payment and Confirmation

(a) Payment for your reservation is required at the time of booking. By submitting payment, you agree to the total price displayed at checkout, which may include taxes and service fees.

(b) A confirmation email will be sent to the email address you provide during booking. It is your responsibility to review the confirmation details for accuracy and notify us promptly if there are any discrepancies.

5. Cancellations and Modifications

(b) SimplyHotels.co is not responsible for cancellations or modifications made directly with the hotel that are not reflected in our system.

6. Limitation of Liability

(a) To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lodgix Networks Corp. and SimplyHotels.co are not liable for any damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or your stay at the hotel, including but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

(b) Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the reservation through our Site.

7. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
